The Filling Station is in partnership with the New Bern Amateur Radio Club and Jones County Emergency Management will be holding a Ham Radio Licensing Class for the Technician Class License. It is for beginners with no radio experience. The Class is open to all ages and will prepare the students for the FCC exam, Technician Class.

The (NBARC) New Bern Amateur Radio Club monthly meetings are held on the 1st Monday of each month at 6:30 PM at Moore's Olde Tyme Barbeque Chicken & Seafood, 3621 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd. (Hwy 17) New Bern, NC 28562.
Arrive early at 6:00 PM to enjoy dinner & fellowship before the meeting begins promptly @ 6:30 PM. Our meetings are usually done by 8:00 PM. Meetings are open to anyone interested in HAM Radio!
